Great Customer Service.

Professional, Polite and listened to what I was concerned about. Will recommend them to all my family and friends!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Jason and Mr. Barcelo. Very kind and professional. I wish I could say the same when interacting with Tim Walker in the finance department. He was polite upon meeting him. He asked if we would like to add Gap insurance/ Alarm system. My wife asked him if we could think about it until tomorrow. He said no he needed to add it to the loan. My wife advised him that we were financing through our own bank . His demeanor changed immediately as he got up from his desk to confirm with Jason . Upon returning he was so rude, throwing things around and slamming drawers. Telling us to sign document with no explanation. Extremely unprofessional. We could not believe his behavior. Perhaps he needs some more training in customer service. This is not how you treat customers.

Great service Jesus was honest and knowledgeable. honored discounted coupon and didn't sell me on a million things that need fixing.

I had the pleasure of working with Klinton Eady at the Toyota dealership, and I can honestly say his service was outstanding from start to finish. He was polite, attentive, and truly listened to what I was looking for. Klinton took the time to find the right cars within my budget and showed genuine care throughout the process. Originally, I was set on purchasing a 2020–2023 used car, but Klinton’s knowledge, patience, and ability to clearly explain options ultimately convinced me to consider and purchase a new car. His guidance never felt pushy, just honest and focused on what would be the best fit for me. After having a few less-than-positive conversations with other salespeople, Klinton was the only reason I chose to move forward with buying my vehicle from this dealership. His respect toward the customer, professionalism, and genuine personality went a long way, and I truly appreciate the experience he provided.

Our salesman was a little pushy and had a little bit of an attitude. He kept finding me cars over my budget and finally found me a car right in my budget. But it took a little longer than I expected.

Fast scheduling and fast service

I have had a few visits to Toyota of Las Vegas. 1st one was ‘emergent’. I had plans last summer to start a road trip on a Saturday morning from LV to Colo. Springs, CO. I am elder and traveling alone. At 4pm I went to fill up my gas tank. I could not open the gas door. Panicked I rushed to Toyota (1st time to this location) Dan Rossey at Service Department went directly out to see my problem. He had a replacement part I could purchase and then he installed it without hesitation. I was so grateful and so worried my trip would have been delayed. He was my miracle solution. I have returned for any of my service (or questions) to this location, since that meeting a year ago. Everyone is friendly and helpful and of course Dan is always there to guide you through and explain everything.

Toyota of Las Vegas is a great dealership. They take great care of my truck when I take it in for maintenance. Everyone there is friendly & helpful.

Maintenance is always made easy with Mike. He delivers nothing less than fast, friendly and efficient customer service. When you have an employee that delivers on all key points make sure to treasure them. Thank you Mike, I appreciate everything you do. Great customer service!

We loved working this dealership. Heimy was our sales person and was wonderful to work with. Junior was our finance manager and was also easy to work with. No high pressure sales here at all and we actually enjoyed the car buying experience. Our son was able to get the car he wanted for a very fair price. I have already started to recommend this dealership to our friends. As for buying a car out of a high rise clear box, I am not just ready to do that yet. So if you are looking for a dealership I highly recommend this one.
