For financing Tim went over which warranty would be best and was great at explaining different options available. Both Luis and Tim went above and beyond with helping me and I would recommend them and would use them in the future if purchasing another vehicle.

I had a wonderful buying experience with Toyota of Las Vegas. My salesman was Sheyten Waters. I highly recommend him; he is the best! He did a great job of explaining all the details of the vehicle that I purchased. He listened to me and found the perfect car for me. It was seamless. I love my Crown Signa! 01/26/2025 Visited Toyota today for estimate on repairs. I was met by a very upbeat and positive young man named Kevin pictured here. He was awesome very customer orientated pleasant smart well-versed in how these new cars worked. They opened the door on a beautiful red Toyota Crown vehicle. Very stunning and innovative. Lots of bells and whistles. I next went over to the food counter and encountered another beautiful employee named Natalia. She was very warm and friendly and the turkey sandwich I had was excellent and was only priced at six dollars which is very reasonable. I also encountered a service writer named JESUS who is great, sharp and gave me an excellent estimate for work needed done. Their laborers only $175 an hour compared to $209 an hour with Meineke. Yes, we were both shocked because usually the dealership has higher hourly rates. Anyway, great experience at Toyota enclosed you some pictures below. The moment I drove in at 7:15 am I got a nice welcome from the service Porter valet Mike Billon . I was then met by service writer Jovan Keoni who sent me down and talk to bit about the car oil change, and then I proceeded to the parts counter and was greeted by a very nice young man named Jesus Rodriguez, who was very helpful and personable and assisted me with parts. My thanks goes to Kelly the cashier check me out. I was in an out in less than 40 minutes. Very impressed great service and nice smiles. Looking forward to returning soon. Be blessed. Only glitch was a lack of customer appreciation & smiles by a couple of employees & lack of knowledge exchange between service writer & cashier unwilling to pick up a phone to clarify a billing inquiry. Came in for a routine maintenance check on my 2024 RAV4 Hybrid XLE, staff was friendly, was promised a wait time of an hour and 30 minutes, they completed the maintenance under the promised timeframe. I inspected my car afterwards, everything that was promised to be done was completed. I never have issues coming into this Toyota for any maintenance would recommend Toyota of Las Vegas David Wilson to any Toyota owner.
